I'm incredibly passionate about helping people. As a mom of two teenagers, I've spent over 5 years working in mental health, from hospitals and clinics to NGOs and schools.

I believe in a holistic approach to mental well-being, emphasizing growth, self-discovery, and practical tools. Creating a supportive environment where everyone can thrive is at the core of my philosophy. I use techniques like Art therapy, Mindfulness, and Cognitive-Behavioral interventions. Beyond my practice, I'm actively involved in community initiatives, volunteering, partnering with local organizations, and advocating for the importance of life skills and child safety.
